Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It is in the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With tags.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns for custom apparel in the following cases:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged.

  • Items with no customization errors from what was ordered.

  • Personalized items that have been worn or used.

  • Items without original tags and packaging.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Custom apparel is unique and made to order, so exchanges are not possible. If there is an issue with your order, we recommend starting a return process and placing a new order for the correct item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately. Please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page for more details.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@edricci.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
